Sweet baby Harper was found by a good Samaritan yesterday on the campus of a local school. She is currently at our vet's office getting some much needed TLC. All we really know at this time is that she has apparently been homeless for a while because she is very thin and full of the parasites that go along with eating whatever she could find. Once we know more about her, we will be looking for a foster home who can teach this puppy how to be loved.
